While the first rudder sleeve cured I made the mold for the second one. The first rudder sleeve with rudder blade will be kept as a spare rudder system and savety back-up in case of a rudder damage or failure while the second rudder sleeve will be the main rudder system. This rudder case will be carried out as a pivoting sleeve. This two part sleeve allows the rudder to kick up from the inside case.
