After the curing of the rib laminate the Carbon rudder blade half is in principle finished but has yet to be filled with foam. 2 Part PU foam is the lightest solution but I choose to fill with Core Cell. This gives a much better quality, but is considerably heavier because of the necessary epoxy adhesive.
