To increase the diameter of the mold I covered the pipe with 7 layers of wallpaper, total extra thickness about 1.25 mm the wallpaper is covered with two layers of plastic film with a tefllon coat between the two layers. I hope this is sufficient to be able to release the tube from the mould.
